Coilology Coils
The Coilology 7 in 1 performance coils pack has proven to be a huge hit amongst vapers – a really clever idea from Coilology. These packs contain pre-built coils in seven different compartments with each compartment containing a different style of coil such as Fused Claptons, Staple, Tri-core Fused and more. These are available in two different materials – stainless steel and Ni80, allowing vapers to try out different coils with their RTA to see what they prefer.
DIY wire
Put yourself in the driver's seat with DIY wire and craft your own coils from scratch. Coilology DIY performance resistance wire comes in an enormous range of different styles and thicknesses to allow you to create the type of coil you want. Just a few examples include Clapton wire, Fused Clapton wire and Staple wire all available in different thicknesses. Every spool of wire is expertly cleaned after production using an ultrasonic cleaner to ensure that it is ready to use.
Coilology MTL wire spools are also available for those who prefer mouth-to-lung vaping, available in different styles including MTL Fused Clapton Ni80, MTL Staple N180 and SS316L. We also stock Handmade Twisted Alien coil wire which have proven to be popular amongst vapers who enjoy Alien style coils.
Cotton
Vape cotton is an essential part of creating your own coils, and Coilology cotton is made to absorb e-liquid to produce excellent flavour. TheShoelace Cotton comes with 20 pieces of vape cotton inside the container and is made from 100% organic cotton.
Coilology FAQs
Pre-built coils are typically easier to use, as they come ready to install with the proper wicking material. However, they can be more expensive and may not offer as much flexibility in terms of coil design. DIY coils, on the other hand, require a bit more work to build but can be significantly cheaper.

Ni80 and SS refer to the material of the coil. Ni80 stands for Nichrome and SS stands for Stainless Steel.
Claptons are a type of atomiser coil that is made by wrapping a thinner wire around a thicker wire. This design helps to increase the surface area of the coil, which in turn increases the amount of heat that can be generated. As a result, clapton coils are ideal for use in sub-ohm vaping, where they can produce large clouds of vapour.
