International Shipping UPDATE

Latest update 23rd February 2023 - We are resuming Royal Mail International Shipping as of 24th February 2023. Please note there may be delays following the Cyber attack upon Royal Mail, any delays are completely out with our control and you accept this to be the case. We ship ALL orders same working day, no exceptions. Tracking may also be affected, you will see the parcel is en-route but there may be no further tracking until order clears your countries Customs. By placing an order with us, you accept there may be delays.

International Shipping including the EU

All goods shipped Internationally are on a DDU (Deliver Duty Unpaid) also known as DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses for importing the goods and paying all relevant taxes, duties, and inspection costs.

All risks involved in this process are borne by the buyer.

Once the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer, all further transportation costs and risks fall on the buyer.

If for any reason the goods are not accepted at destination, or you refuse to pay the appropriate Customs fees relevant to your country, Vaping 101 reserves the right to deduct any return shipping or Customs fees that remain unpaid, from any refund you the Customer is due, or we may have to dispose of order with no refund offered.

Please note - we are sometimes seeing lengthy delays at Customs in destination countries. This is totally out-with our control and we have no influence whatsoever over Customs. UPS is far quicker than Royal Mail and do not suffer the same queues we see with Royal Mail.
