Thank you for your lovely immature response. If this is how customer service is at your business I’m surprised it’s still running! The appropriate thing would have been to send out a replacement and even if I did make an error your response is inexcusable! Also no comment was made about the device not working I’ll just put up with that shall I?? I won’t be the only one not shopping with you again!! Absolute Disgrace!!
Not good service or product!
I ordered the OBS KBF2 AIO Kit, and made a mistake with the design on contacting customer service was advised to send item back paying postage and also to pay postage for sending out replacement, I had already paid postage for my order! Unhappily I just decided to keep the device, however on using the device it’s done nothing but leak, when vaping it leaks ejuice into your mouth which is not nice! I have used 2 coils and the flavour is great for about an hour then is muted, I have wasted a bottle of ejuice on this awful device, I have been vaping for about 4 years now so I’m not a novice! I am very disappointed with the customer service, device, coils and now have wasted the ejuice! Will not be ordering from vaping 101 again!!!
