OXVA XLIM ABT Cartridge UNITECH 3.0 Replacement Pods

UNITECH 3.0 flavour with intelligent Anti-Burn support. The OXVA XLIM ABT Cartridge UNITECH 3.0 is the latest refillable pod option for the XLIM platform, combining OXVA's upgraded mesh-coil technology with dedicated Anti-Burn Technology (ABT) when paired with a compatible device such as the OXVA XLIM Pro 4.

Each cartridge features a built-in mesh coil, convenient top filling and OXVA's updated liquid-management design. Choose from 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω resistances for everything from an airier RDL vape to a tight MTL draw.

The UK TPD version has a 2ml refillable capacity, and each pack contains three pods in your selected resistance.

How Does OXVA Anti-Burn Technology Work?

ABT stands for Anti-Burn Technology. When an XLIM ABT cartridge is installed in a compatible ABT device such as the OXVA XLIM Pro 4, additional contacts on the cartridge allow the device to monitor the e-liquid level.

If the liquid level becomes too low, the system can warn you to refill and help prevent the device from continuing to fire under conditions where the cotton could become dry.

The aim is to reduce accidental dry hits and prevent a usable pod from being damaged simply because the e-liquid level dropped too far.

Important: The ABT cartridge can also be used with other compatible XLIM devices, but the dedicated Anti-Burn function only operates when the pod is paired with an ABT-capable device.

How to Tell an ABT Pod from a Standard XLIM Pod

The XLIM ABT cartridge can be identified visually, making it easier to distinguish from a standard XLIM Top Fill pod.

• Four contact points on the base of the ABT cartridge
• ABT marking printed underneath the pod
• Red silicone ring around the mouthpiece area
• Resistance and wattage range printed on the base

A standard XLIM Top Fill cartridge does not have the ABT marking or red identification ring.

The XLIM ABT cartridge uses the established XLIM pod connection. On compatible XLIM devices it can function as a normal refillable cartridge even when the device itself does not support Anti-Burn Technology.

Which OXVA XLIM ABT Resistance Should I Choose?

Choose your resistance according to your preferred draw, power level and e-liquid.

0.4Ω XLIM ABT Pod

The 0.4Ω pod operates between 26–30W and provides the warmest, airiest vape in the ABT range. It is designed primarily for RDL vaping and produces more vapour per puff than the higher-resistance options.

0.6Ω XLIM ABT Pod

The 0.6Ω pod operates between 20–25W and offers a versatile balance between RDL and looser MTL vaping. It produces a warmer vape than the 0.8Ω while retaining good everyday battery efficiency.

0.8Ω XLIM ABT Pod

The 0.8Ω pod operates between 12–16W and is one of the most versatile options for traditional MTL vaping. It works particularly well with nic salts and balanced 50/50 e-liquids.

1.2Ω XLIM ABT Pod

The 1.2Ω pod operates between 10–12W and provides the tightest MTL inhale. Lower power consumption and reduced vapour production make it well suited to users who prefer a discreet, cigarette-style draw.

0.6Ω or 0.8Ω — Which Is Better?

The 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω cartridges are likely to suit the widest range of XLIM users, but they deliver noticeably different experiences.

• Choose 0.6Ω if you prefer a warmer vape, more airflow and increased vapour production.
• Choose 0.8Ω if you prefer a tighter MTL draw, lower wattage and nic salt e-liquid.

If you're moving from disposable or prefilled pod systems, the 0.8Ω cartridge is generally the more familiar starting point.

Which E-Liquid Should I Use with XLIM ABT Pods?

OXVA lists the XLIM ABT cartridge platform for use with both nic salt and freebase e-liquids. Your ideal liquid depends mainly on resistance and power.

The 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω pods are particularly well suited to nic salt e-liquids and balanced 50/50 vape juice.

The lower-resistance 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω pods produce more vapour per puff, so lower nicotine strengths are generally more appropriate when using them towards the upper end of their wattage ranges.

Avoid using excessively thick e-liquid in higher-resistance cartridges, as slower wicking can reduce performance.

How Long Do OXVA XLIM ABT Pods Last?

Pod lifespan varies depending on how frequently you vape, the e-liquid used, wattage and how well the cartridge is kept topped up.

A cartridge may typically last around two to three weeks for many users, although sweeter e-liquids, higher wattages and heavier use can shorten this considerably.

Replace the pod when you notice:

• Persistent burnt or unpleasant flavour
• Noticeably weaker flavour
• Reduced vapour production
• Performance that does not recover after refilling

Using the ABT cartridge with an XLIM Pro 4 can help reduce pod damage caused specifically by accidentally vaping when the cartridge has run too low.

How to Fill an OXVA XLIM ABT Pod

1. Open the top filling port on the cartridge.
2. Insert your e-liquid bottle nozzle into the fill opening.
3. Fill the pod without exceeding its capacity.
4. Close the filling port securely.
5. Insert the cartridge into your compatible XLIM device.
6. With a new pod, wait approximately 30 seconds for the UNITECH 3.0 wick to saturate.
7. If your device allows wattage adjustment, use the recommended range printed on the base of the cartridge.

UNITECH 3.0 & Improved Leak Resistance

The XLIM ABT cartridge uses OXVA's UNITECH 3.0 platform, which develops the internal airflow, heating, wicking and liquid-management structure together.

The larger wicking area is designed to allow e-liquid to reach the coil quickly, while updated condensate management helps control excess moisture inside the cartridge.
