Box mods are more powerful than pod kits, making them better suited for experienced vapers who know how to control their nicotine intake. They also tend to produce more vapour, so if you're looking for big vapour production, a box mod is the way to go. On the downside, box mods can be more expensive and more complicated to use than pod kits.
Whilst pod kits are less powerful than box mods, they are much easier to use, making them a good choice for beginner vapers. They also tend to be more affordable, so if you're just starting out, a vape pod kit is a great way to get started. They are geared more towards ex-smokers as they produce discreet vapour but do tend to produce better flavour.
These box mods work best with high VG e-liquids. E-liquids with a higher VG content are best for sub-ohm vaping as they create the bigger clouds that we know and love. Single battery box mods only require one battery to be used in comparison to their dual battery counterparts. As such, single battery vape mods are less clunky and not so difficult to carry around. This makes them more of a pocket-friendly, convenient mod compared to dual battery vape mods. However, if you're looking for a more powerful sub-ohm vape experience then dual battery mods will provide that as they have more power.
The answer to this question somewhat depends on how frequently you vape and how you are using your batteries. Single 18650 batteries tend to have a life cycle between 300-500 cycles before needing to be replaced. However, when used by a powerful device in which they are regularly drained it is possible for these cycles to drop slightly. Either way, your vape batteries should still last you a while.
