Withdrawal of DPD Courier Service

We at Vaping 101 continually strive to provide you with the most efficient and satisfactory service possible. As part of this commitment, we have been continuously evaluating and refining our shipping options.

Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue using DPD as a delivery option. We have experienced extensive delays, an unacceptable number of lost parcels, and inadequate support when trying to resolve these issues with DPD. These challenges have not met our standards for providing the service you deserve, and we feel that a change is necessary.

Moving forward, we highly recommend using Royal Mail for your delivery needs. In our experience, they have shown far fewer issues and have proven better at resolving any problems that do occur.
