Description - OXVA Xlim UNITECH 3.0 Replacement Pods
The OXVA Xlim UNITECH 3.0 Replacement Pods are the latest generation of refillable cartridges for compatible OXVA Xlim devices. Combining OXVA's updated UNITECH 3.0 coil technology with a convenient top-fill design, these pods are engineered to deliver rich flavour, consistent vapour production and improved protection against leaking and condensation.
Each pod features a built-in mesh coil, so there are no separate coils to replace. When the coil reaches the end of its life, simply replace the complete pod. Four resistance options are available – 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω – covering both MTL (Mouth To Lung) and RDL (Restricted Direct To Lung) vaping styles.
The UK version has a 2ml refillable capacity and each pack contains three OXVA Xlim UNITECH 3.0 pods.

OXVA UNITECH 3.0 Technology
UNITECH 3.0 is OXVA's latest development of its integrated pod and coil platform. The updated internal structure uses a larger wicking area designed to allow e-liquid to reach the coil quickly and evenly, helping the pod reach full saturation in around 30 seconds.
The system has also been designed to improve liquid and condensation management. A larger internal condensate chamber helps capture excess moisture before it reaches the device connection, making the pods cleaner and more convenient for everyday use.
Combined with the integrated mesh coil, this provides smooth heating across the coil surface and helps maintain consistent flavour throughout the usable life of the pod.
Easy Top-Fill OXVA Xlim Pods
The Xlim UNITECH 3.0 cartridges use a convenient top-fill system. This allows you to access the filling port while the pod is still installed in your compatible XLIM device.
Open the filling port, add your preferred e-liquid and securely close the port again. When using a new pod for the first time, allow approximately 30 seconds for the UNITECH 3.0 wicking material to become fully saturated before vaping.
The top-fill arrangement makes regular refilling quicker while reducing the need to repeatedly remove and reinstall the cartridge.

The 0.6Ω pod operates between 20–25W and provides a balanced RDL or looser MTL vape. It is a versatile choice if you prefer stronger vapour production without moving to a fully direct-to-lung setup.
0.8Ω UNITECH 3.0 Pod
The 0.8Ω pod operates between 12–16W and is aimed primarily at MTL vaping. It provides a tighter inhale with more discreet vapour production and is particularly well suited to nic salt e-liquids.
1.2Ω UNITECH 3.0 Pod
The 1.2Ω pod operates between 10–12W and offers the tightest MTL draw in the range. It uses less power and produces a discreet amount of vapour, making it a good option for users who prefer a traditional cigarette-style inhale.
Which E-Liquid Should I Use With Xlim UNITECH 3.0 Pods?
For everyday use, we recommend a balanced 50/50 VG/PG e-liquid, particularly with the 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω cartridges. Their smaller wicking channels and lower operating wattages are designed around thinner e-liquids commonly used for MTL vaping.
The 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω pods are particularly well suited to nic salts and 50/50 freebase e-liquids.
The 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω pods provide a more open RDL vape and can also be used with suitable nic salt or freebase e-liquids. Always make sure the liquid is appropriate for your chosen resistance and wattage.

Important: these cartridges are not compatible with the OXVA Xlim C, which uses a different pod and replaceable-coil system.
NeXLIM devices also use their own NeXLIM cartridges rather than standard XLIM pods. Certain NeXLIM devices can use XLIM cartridges when fitted with OXVA's separate XLIM cartridge adapter.
Dovpo Ayce Compatibility
The XLIM pod platform is also compatible with certain Dovpo Ayce devices. However, not every resistance is supported by every Ayce device:
- 0.4Ω: not recommended for the Dovpo Ayce Mini.
- 0.6Ω: compatible with supported Ayce models.
- 0.8Ω: compatible with supported Ayce models.
- 1.2Ω: not recommended for the Dovpo Ayce Mini or Ayce Pro.

How To Fill an OXVA Xlim UNITECH 3.0 Pod
- Open the silicone filling port at the top of the cartridge.
- Insert the nozzle of your e-liquid bottle into the filling opening.
- Fill the pod without overfilling the 2ml chamber.
- Close the filling port securely.
- When using a new pod, allow approximately 30 seconds for the coil to prime.
- Make sure your device is operating within the recommended wattage range for your chosen resistance.
