Compatibility and Performance

Getting the best out of the Nightmare XL RTA top airflow system depends on pairing it correctly across three areas: your mod, your coil build and your e-liquid.

Mod compatibility is the first thing to check. The 40mm diameter means this RTA requires a mod with at least 40mm of clearance on the 510 connection to sit flush. Large regulated box mods, quad battery mods and wide-tube mechanical devices are the natural pairings. Compact single-battery mods are not compatible - the Nightmare XL will overhang significantly and the build will not run at the wattages this tank is designed for.

Coil builds on the floating postless deck support the full range of complex dual configurations, including parallel coils, alien coils and stapled coils. Wicking technique is critical on a top airflow deck. Use a medium-density cotton tail, cut to reach the juice channels without compressing tightly against the walls.
