E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.

- Recommended cotton: 2.5-3.0mm thickness. Use loose cotton or cotton threads. Fluff the tails lightly before tucking into the wicking channels to avoid flooding. Do not pack the channels tight.
- Suitable e-liquids: The RDL draw profile and fixed airflow suit higher VG e-liquids well. 50/50 blends or shortfills at 70VG/30PG and above deliver the best flavour return on this deck. High-strength nic salts at lower PG ratios work but are better suited to tighter, higher-resistance builds.
