Delivery

All shipping is through Royal Mail or UPS.

FREE Shipping on all orders over £50 (UK only). This will be by way of Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. You will have the option to choose another method but this will be charged for if so.

Orders are sent out same day but please allow an additional day when there is a sale on, simply down to volume of orders.

There are 4 current shipping options for the UK.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 if ordered before 2pm. (Delivery within 2 working days but not guaranteed)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 if ordered before 2pm. (Should be delivered in 1 working day but not guaranteed)
Next Day Guaranteed if ordered before 2pm. (Mon-Thurs only)
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery if ordered before 2pm. (valid Friday only)

Shipping is Monday to Friday from 24th October 2019.

If an item does not turn up. Royal Mail/UPS ask that you wait 10 working days after date of dispatch to see if it arrives. If still not arrived, a replacement will be sent. This is hugely inconvenient i know, but it is rare for items to go missing. There are no issues refunding or replacing any item that does happen to go missing, but Royal Mail terms state 10 working days must pass before can be reported missing. By ordering from vaping 101 you accept these terms. Refunds of any postage fees for late deliveries will not be offered unless it is a Guaranteed service paid for.

The payment is less than actual cost to deliver the item and your parcel will always be sent on time. Royal Mail may on occasion deliver late but vaping 101 cannot and will not be held responsible. The same cost still applies to us. no money is made from delivery costs and in fact they are subsidised by vaping 101. Occasionally there are postcodes that are not eligible for guaranteed next day delivery, this can be checked on the royal mail website.

Important - If you enter wrong address or refuse delivery/collection you will be charged for the return to Vaping 101 of the parcel. Return costs are -

Please note - we are sometimes seeing lengthy delays at Customs in destination countries. This is totally out-with our control and we have no influence whatsoever over Customs. UPS is far quicker than Royal Mail and do not suffer the same queues we see with Royal Mail.
