Shopping with us online is easy, you'll also be delighted to hear that you are covered by the distance selling regulations. these have been established to make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what you expected.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 14 days after the day you receive it.
You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession. they must be returned to us in a saleable condition. it is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. this needs to be done promptly at your cost.
These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods. this includes e-liquids, coils and tanks etc due to hygiene purposes. we reserve the right to charge a restock fee for any unwanted or non-faulty items returned. This fee will be 20% of the original price.
Any mods that take removable batteries should "not" be charged via USB Cable. We are being responsible by saying not to. ALWAYS use an external charger, this way you will avoid the many problems that occur, whilst using a safer method at the same time.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids or tanks that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes. Coils and pods are consumable items and returns can only be accepted when the blister pack remains intact.
If you are having an issue with any item, please use contact form on website. a video will be requested which is standard practice. very often a video can identify the cause and a simple fix. The manufacturer also requires a video to review.
Please note, it is essential to "keep" the packaging for the product you have purchased. The packaging contains the serial number which is essential to process any replacement or refund. Without the packaging we are limited in what we can do to help and may result in no replacement or refund being able to be offered.
Vaping 101 has no issue replacing any faulty goods. however, we cannot replace items where the user has not taken the time to educate themselves on how to use the equipment etc again, as vapers, we all find ourselves having to do at least the minimum amount of research given it is so horrendously complex.
If you cancel an order for goods, they must be returned to us within 14 days, complete with any accessories, leads or other items provided with the goods, and undamaged, with proof of purchase. if you fail to return the goods in this manner, we may charge you the costs we incur in recovering the goods from you (which may be substantial) or the stand alone retail value of any missing or damaged items.
All return goods can be returned by sending them to returns team, Vaping 101, 253 Union Street, Aberdeen AB11 6BR at your cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are received by us and we recommend using special delivery or signed for services where appropriate. For faulty goods, Vaping 101 will reimburse to original payment method £3 for any confirmed faulty orders.
You are entitled to examine any goods ordered as you would in a shop. however, if you use the goods, you may lose your right to cancel your purchase. Use would include, but not be limited, any functions of the goods for example fitting an atomiser to the mod, installing batteries, firing the mod with an atomiser, changing any setting on the mod. we reserve the right to charge you for the value of any goods returned which have been used, damaged or returned incomplete whilst in your possession, up to to the full retail purchase price.
