You may cancel most online orders within 14 days. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Returns are sent at your cost.
Hygiene Rules
E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or refusal incur carrier fees. Missing parcels can only be checked after ten working days.

How to Use
- Choose your setup: use the included 0.6Ω integrated-coil pod or fit the empty pod with the 0.3Ω DotCoil.
- Fill the pod: open the fill port, add e-liquid, then let it sit 5–10 minutes to saturate (new coil/pod).
- Set power: start low (e.g., 20–25 W for 0.6Ω, 30–40 W for 0.3Ω) and adjust to taste.
- Dial airflow: rotate the wheel under the cartridge for MTL, RDL or DTL draw.
- Charge: top up via USB-C (5V/2A) when the battery icon gets low.
