Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues

IVG Nexio 10K Nicotine Strength Guide
The IVG Nexio range is available in nic salt strengths depending on the flavour and refill option stocked. A 20mg nic salt option is the stronger choice and is usually preferred by adult vapers looking for a more noticeable nicotine hit. A 10mg nic salt option, where available, gives a lighter vape while keeping the smooth MTL feel.
If you are unsure which strength to choose, heavier adult smokers or users moving from stronger disposables often choose 20mg, while lighter users may prefer 10mg if available.
