Description - Reload Vapor Muzzle RBA V2
The Reload Vapor Muzzle RBA is a premium single-coil rebuildable atomiser developed for experienced users of compatible AIO vape devices. Combining a spacious four-post build deck, a PCTG tank and precisely adjustable bottom airflow, the Muzzle gives rebuildable users direct control over their coil, wicking and airflow setup.
Designed with Reload Vapor's performance-focused approach to rebuildable hardware, the Muzzle uses a dual-sided bottom airflow system that directs air upwards towards the underside of the coil. This configuration provides a smooth, responsive draw with adjustment between RDL (Restricted Direct To Lung) and DL (Direct To Lung) vaping styles.
The main body is manufactured from durable 304 stainless steel, while a gold-plated positive post provides a high-quality electrical contact. Its compact AIO format, front-access filling system and straightforward single-coil deck make the Muzzle an excellent option for experienced builders looking for a rebuildable alternative to proprietary coil systems.

The Reload Muzzle RBA features a roomy four-post single-coil build deck designed to make positioning and securing your chosen coil straightforward.
The open deck layout provides plenty of access around the coil when adjusting its position and installing cotton, while the included custom Reload Allen driver makes tightening the deck screws simple.
This single-coil configuration also keeps building relatively straightforward compared with more complicated dual-coil rebuildables while still giving experienced users full control over their coil resistance, coil material and wicking.

Adjustable Dual Bottom Airflow
Airflow is one of the defining features of the Reload Vapor Muzzle RBA.
A dual-sided bottom airflow system directs incoming air towards the underside of the installed coil before it travels upwards through the chamber.
The airflow can be adjusted using the control ring at the bottom of the RBA, allowing you to fine-tune the draw without having to swap individual airflow pins.
Opening the airflow creates a freer DL draw, while reducing the airflow produces a more restricted RDL vape.
This makes the Muzzle particularly suitable for experienced users who prefer a relatively open vaping style rather than a tight traditional MTL draw.
Front-Fill PCTG Tank
The Muzzle RBA includes a PCTG e-liquid tank with a conveniently positioned front filling port.
A silicone-sealed fill opening provides easy access to the tank without requiring the complete RBA to be dismantled each time it needs topping up.
The transparent PCTG tank also makes it easy to monitor your remaining e-liquid level while the RBA is in use.
Reload Muzzle RBA AIO Compatibility
The Reload Muzzle RBA has been developed for use with compatible AIO-style vape devices.
AIO platforms can vary in their internal dimensions, tank systems and connection methods, so we recommend confirming that your particular device supports the Muzzle RBA format before ordering.
The Muzzle should not be confused with a conventional 510 RDA or RTA that screws directly onto the top of a standard vape mod.

How To Use the Reload Muzzle RBA
Before installing the RBA into your AIO device, build and check your coil carefully.
- Install your chosen single coil onto the four-post build deck.
- Position the coil correctly above the bottom airflow outlets.
- Check the coil resistance and ensure there are no electrical shorts.
- Wick the coil with a suitable amount of vape cotton.
- Prime the cotton thoroughly with e-liquid.
- Assemble the RBA and fill the tank.
- Allow the cotton time to become fully saturated.
- Install the RBA into your compatible AIO device.
- Start at an appropriate wattage for your coil and adjust gradually.
- Use the bottom airflow control to fine-tune your preferred RDL or DL draw.
Always ensure your coil resistance and power settings are appropriate for the device and battery configuration you are using.
