Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues

Vaporesso Armour Ultra Vape Kit FAQ
Usage-dependent, but many users can expect 1–3 days between charges at typical sub-ohm wattages.
The mod is IP68/IP69K & 1.2 m drop-tested. Certifications apply to the mod only keep the tank sealed and avoid immersing the tank.
The kit uses the GTi family (0.15–0.5 Ω options). Grab replacements here: Vaporesso coils.
High-VG (e.g., 70/30) shortfills are ideal for DTL and mesh coils. Prime new coils and start at the lower end of the wattage range.
Supports USB-C 5V/3A or 9V/2A. Use a quality cable/charger and never leave charging unattended.
