Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel most online orders within 14 days. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Returns are sent at your cost.
Hygiene Rules
E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or refusal incur carrier fees. Missing parcels can only be checked after ten working days.

Vaporesso's XROS Pro pod system is a top-of-the-line pod vaping device that allows you to adjust the power up to 30w. It boasts a generous 1200 mAh battery capacity that can be fully charged in just 35 minutes, along with Axon Super Pulse Mode for consistent and strong performance and is the latest addition to the Xros series of pods.
The XROS Pro utilizes the Vaporesso XROS pod series featuring Vaporesso COREX Heating Tech, perfect for mouth to lung (MTL) vaping. It comes equipped with two 0.4Ω refillable mesh pods, delivering a smooth yet intense restricted direct to lung (RDL) flavour experience.
When paired with nic salt e liquids or disposable-style vape juice, the adjustable airflow on the XROS Pro allows for personalized customization to suit every vaper's preferences when it comes to nicotine intake.
